Liftpro™ is a registered trademark of L'Essentiel, an LLC located at 2105 Vista Oeste Northwest, Suite E 3360, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on www.lessentiel-skincare.com.
By making a purchase on the website, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.
3. Products
Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs, visuals, and illustrations are not contractually binding.
L'Essentiel™ cannot be held responsible for possible errors, omissions, or minor variations in product presentation.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes.
L'Essentiel™ reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
5. Promotional offers and commercial benefits
Promotional offers, free gifts, included accessories, or commercial benefits offered on the website are valid under the conditions stated on the website and while supplies last.
L'Essentiel™ reserves the right to change, suspend, shorten, or withdraw any commercial offer at any time.
If an advertised free, promotional, or accessory item is unavailable, out of stock, or affected by logistical constraints, L'Essentiel™ may replace it with a different item, an equivalent benefit, or an alternative commercial solution.
Visuals, offer compositions, and promotional content are provided for information and may be adjusted without affecting the validity of the main order.
No specific compensation may be claimed for a free or promotional item.
If the customer considers the order unsuitable, they retain the option to exercise their right of return under the applicable return policy and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Orders
Every order placed on the website is followed by an email confirmation.
L'Essentiel™ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, obviously incorrect information, or full or partial nonpayment of a previous order.
7. Payment
Payments are secured through providers offered on the website, such as Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment partner available at the time of ordering.
No bank details are stored on the website. Full payment is due when the order is placed.
8. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the estimated time frames stated on the website.
These time frames may vary depending on the destination, busy periods, logistical constraints, or the selected carrier.
L'Essentiel™ cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay beyond its control.
9. Retention of title
Products remain the property of L'Essentiel™ until the order has been paid in full and payment has cleared.

L'Essentiel™ cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse, noncompliant use, or inappropriate use of the products sold.
In all cases, L'Essentiel™’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the order concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Personal data collected is used only to process orders, manage the customer relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations.
It is not transferred to third parties without prior consent, except for technical service providers necessary to perform the service.
The customer has a right to access, correct, and delete their data in accordance with applicable regulations.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the competent courts may be consulted, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
