Processing times

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, promotional launches, or exceptional offers, additional time may occasionally be needed.

Delivery times

Typical observed delivery times are:

• France: 4 to 10 business days
• Europe: 5 to 12 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the period, carrier, or local formalities.

Order tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Tracking may take several days to be updated by the carrier.

Packages marked as delivered

When a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

We encourage customers to:

• check their mailbox
• check with the building attendant or neighbors
• contact the carrier directly with the tracking number

Promotional offers and gifts

Some promotional offers may include complimentary gifts, care products, or accessories.

These offers are valid while supplies last.

If a complimentary product is temporarily out of stock, L’Essentiel Skincare reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent product, a free care product, or a commercial benefit.

Complimentary products do not give rise to separate financial compensation.

Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for the shipping information entered when ordering.

If an incorrect address or information supplied by the customer prevents delivery, reshipping costs may be charged.

Returns and refunds

Under our return policy, refunds may be made after the returned product is received and inspected.

The product must be returned:

• new
• unused
• in its original packaging
• in its blister packaging, where applicable

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the law provides otherwise.
